4 out of 5 stars small titan   July 27, 2008

I have been a collector of bionicle since 2003, so I bought this, thinking that it was a big titan bionicle, but it is the same size as the other phantoka, but it is fun to play with.
Building the figure isn't that tough, but the Skyboard's directions are a bit confusing, but not too hard.
Like every other kid collector, I was waiting for this bionicle to come out, but I wanted it mostly for the mask because it was gold, but when I opened it, the mask was silver, and a bit crooked, but it is still good. Also, the Toa is hard to pose on the Skyboard, because he falls over.
Overall, this is a good buy, its worth every penny.

Anyone who has read Bionicle: Battle for Power #12 knows that the Toa Ignika created itself using stray molecules and he's the Toa of Life. So you should buy this set.

Pros:
-Includes the Mask of Life
-The Midak Skyblaster is cool
-Skyboard is sweet when playing with it

Cons:
-The new hand pieces... ugggggghh. They are terrible!
-Toa Ignika only has a little wimpy blade. I would switch it to Toa Mahri Jaller's sword

Buy it Now!!!!!!

5 out of 5 stars My 10 yr. old son is a huge fan! You can't go wrong with Bionicles-very interesting and imaginitive play.   June 3, 2008
Jennifer Engstrom
My son absolutely loves Bionicles! This was for his 10th birthday and he has been "hooked" on them for at least 2 years, so it has not been a short lived fad. Yes, they look a little creepy, but when you understand the story line and the character, it's not so creepy anymore! I'm a Christian parent who does watch out for those toys and characters that seem demonic but I have not found these toys to be a concern.
